NADM Redneck Nationals

Team OPTIMA stormed into Georgia for the third annual Redneck Nationals diesel drag race at U.S. 19 Raceway in Albany, Georgia. On hand to thrill to crowd were some of the fastest diesel trucks on the planet, including Team Green, the current record holder with the fastest street legal diesel truck. The OPTIMA Duramax made quite an impression on the fans with its array of technology and equipment, the satellite dish providing the biggest WOW! “Wow” turned into sheer amazement as the OPTIMA tow rig consistently ran in the low 9-second range, finally dialing in at 9.25. The OPTIMA Duramax showcased its versatility until the semifinal round, where it was defeated on a breakout run, clocking a 9.23 on the 9.25 dial-in, a mere .02 of a second from perfect.
