 2013 OPTIMA® FACEOFF AT ROAD AMERICA
2013 OPTIMA® Batteries Faceoff at Road America Saturday, June 22 - Sunday, June 23, 2013 Spectator tickets for the OPTIMA® Faceoff at Road America, an official qualifying event for the 2013 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational, are available at the Road America box office and on the day of the event. Admission is free for all fans who have tickets from the NASCAR Nationwide race at Road America and kids 12 & under are always free. Participant registration is now sold out. The OPTIMA Faceoff is a timed, non wheel to wheel competition at one of the premiere race tracks in the world- Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. The competitive driving events include the Hot Lap Challenge at Road America, an autocross on the Blain's Farm & Fleet Motorplex at Road America and the speed/stop challenge at Road America. There is also a cruise to the NASCAR Nationwide race at Road America on Saturday, June 22nd, to prove all competitor cars are street-legal and street-worthy, as well as a performance & design challenge on Sunday, June 23rd. Select competitors from this event will be chosen to display their vehicles at the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas and compete in the 2013 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational, presented by K&N Filters and Royal Purple Synthetic Oil, for their chance to be named the Ultimate Street Car.
