2010 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational Preview

In the weeks leading up to the 2010 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational (OUSCI), we'll be previewing the competitors and vehicles involved in this year's competition. The first preview will be of Car Craft Magazine's Jeff Smith and his Chevelle. Jeff was one of the pioneers of the whole "Pro-Touring" movement and in his interview, he talks about the influence other have had in this movement, including fellow OUSCI competitor, Mark Stielow.
