Congratulations Brent Jarvis!

Can a show-winning car also perform on the racetrack?  Brent Jarvis would answer that question with a resounding "YES!"  Jarvis' incredible candy red '65 Chevrolet Corvette looked just at home on the SEMA showroom floor, as it did tearing through the turns during the 2010 OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational (OUSCI), where he notched an 11th-place finish in the autocross, before he was sidelined with mechanical gremlins.

After the OUSCI wrapped up, Jarvis took some time for the photogs from Hot Rod magazine to capture his ride, before hitting the ISCA show circuit. 

The 'Vette notched four ISCA “Best in Class” and four “Best of Show Street Machine” awards in four consecutive ISCA shows this season. The car was also a “Select Six” winner in the Chicago show and went on to win a Class Championship which qualified the car for the ISCA finals, where it won it all, taking home the ISCA Street Machine Championship.  We're proud to have OPTIMA batteries powering Brent's amazing creations and we applaud him for all of his accomplishments!
