Even though 2016 only marked the second time OPTIMA's Search for the Ultimate Street Car visited Pike's Peak International Speedway in Fountain, Colorado, it has already become one of the favorite stops for competitors in the series. The sweeping, banked turns of the speedway's oval and an expansive autocross course make for a uniquely-challenging setting that always produces exciting results.

In the GTV class, Jake Rozelle's '69 Camaro came out on top. Having already punched his ticket for Las Vegas, the invitation for the OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational then went to James Shipka's '67 Camaro. John McKissack's '66 Ford Fairlane picked up the SPECTRE Performance Spirit of the Event invitation. In the GTS Class, Glen Barnhouse's 2012 Corvette took home the win and invitation, while Rich Willhofff's C6 captured the GTL Class win with David Carroll's '75 Datsun 280Z picking up the OUSCI invite.

In the GT Class, Jordan Priestley's '16 Camaro came out on top with Cliff Elliott's '16 Mustang GT grabbing the invite.
