The Tire Rack One Lap of America has been around for quite a while and attracts a wide variety of cars and even a few trucks. In 2018, a total of 71 vehicles competed for awards in 13 different classes. Many of the competitors that run in this event have also competed in OPTIMA's Search for the Ultimate Street Car Series, as well as the OPTIMA Ultimate Street Car Invitational. It's a natural crossover, as both events require vehicles to be street legal, although how "street legal" is defined varies a bit. Past OUSCI competitor, Steve Loudin even tuned up his 2008 Dodge Magnum SRT at our OUSCI qualifier at NOLA Motorsports Park in preparation for this event. Congratulations to all the past OUSCI competitors, who ran in the 2018 One Lap of America and a special congratulations to those who won their classes at this event-
