OPTIMA®-sponsored Drag Racer, Chris Cadle Wins!

Last year, GJF Motorsports team member Greg Fedak, of Trenton Michigan completed a Diamond Swing-arm Dragster, sponsored by OPTIMA Batteries, Inc. The new 242" dragster features the latest technology from MSD, AutoMeter and Lanning Electric and runs a 582-CI nitrous motor from Level Performance Engines in Fremont, Ohio and a Fleenor Racing PowerGlide from Port Clinton, Ohio. Todd's Extreme Paint in Milan, Michigan did the design and multi-colored paint. Driving duties for this beautiful machine fall on Chris Cadle for the 2013 season.

Fedak's new ride was really dialed in last weekend at Pittsburgh Dragway, as the Top Dragster made 12 passes within .004 seconds! With consistency like that, it should come as a surprise that Chris came home with a runner-up finish in the Divisional event and the top spot in the National event.  OPTIMA congratulates Chris, Greg and the entire GJF Motorsports team on their great weekend and continued success this season!
